کنسٹرکشن کے حوالے سے آج ہم ایک بہت ہی اہم نقطہ بتانے جا رہے ہیں جو عموما ہمارے ہا ں تقریبا ہر کوئی اس کو غیر اہم سمجھتا ہے اور اس پر دھیان دینا تو دوور کی بات اس نقطے کو کنسٹرکشن کا حصہ ہی نہیں سمجھتا اور وہ ہے کنسٹرکشن کرنے والی لیبر۔ لیبر کے حوالے سے ہر تیسرے بندے کی یہ ہی سوچ ہوتی ہے کہ سستی سے سستی لیبر کا انتخاب کیا جائے اور اچھے سے اچھا مٹیریل منتخب کیا جائے۔ اسی جگہ پر آ کے بہت سارے لوگ اپنا قیمتی مٹیریل اور اپنی تعمیرات خراب کر وا لیتے ہیں۔ ہر بندے کی یہ کوشش ہوتی ہے کہ لیبر پہ زیادہ خرچ نا آے جبکہ مٹیریل بہترین لگایا جائے تو یہ بات ہمیشہ ذہن نشین کر لیں کے سستی لیبر کبھی بھی سکلڈ نہیں ہو گی وہ آپ کا مٹیریل بھی ضائع کرے گی اور آپ کی تعمیرات کو بھی نقصان پہنچائے گی۔ اس طرح دوسرے حوالے سے دیکھا جائے تو سستی اور نان سکلڈ لیبر کی وجہ سے آپ کا مٹیریل کا بھی نقصان ہوتا ہے اور آپ کو وہ ہی کام دوبارہ کروانے میں بھی رقم خرچ کرنا پڑتی ہے۔تو ہمیشہ کسٹرکشن کرتے ہوئے سکلڈ اور بہترین لیبر کا انتخاب کریں اور پیسے بچانے کے چکر میں کبھی بھی نان سکلڈ ار سستی لیبر کو منتخب نا کریں۔ کیوں کے گھر روز روز تو نہی بنتے۔
